What's a HOKIE? YOU are!

Congratulations on your acceptance to Virginia Tech. Your Virginia Tech Orientation starts now! This website is designed to help you, a beginning University Studies student, request courses for your first semester (Fall). It will be available from now through Thursday, June 5.

If you have not already obtained a Virginia Tech PID and signed up for Orientation, please go to Hokie Spa, click on "New Students" under the "PID Creation" heading, and follow the instructions. Then return here to complete this online form.

Your selection of courses on the following web form is a "request" process: you are not guaranteed to receive these courses.  At Orientation, you will finalize your schedule with assistance from an advisor.

This Course-Request process requires you to

  • Choose a possible major or area of interest, and then

  • Begin the process of requesting courses for your fall class schedule.
