Applications/Information for Transferring into Majors

  • AHRM: A typed, double-spaced, two-page statement outlining the applicant's career goals in field of interest and must accompany the Change of Major form.
    - Housing: accepts transfers in September and February.
    - RPM Option
    : accepts transfers in September/October and February/March.
  • Architecture - applications available on the first day of classes during spring semester
  • Biology only accepts internal transfers during the 3rd full week of February and the 3rd full week of September of each year.
  • Business applications for:
    -- ACIS, BIT, FIN, MGT, or MKTG
    -- Hospitality & Tourism Mgt
    -- Economics
  • Communication : Applications are available here and will be accepted during course request week (October 20 - 27, 2009). Applications should be turned in at 119 Shanks Hall by 4pm pn October 27, 2009. You will be notified by email about the outcome of your application by January 6, 2010.
  • Engineering
  • English: (by appointment - you will need to sit down with Cathy Skinner, Coordinator of Undergraduate Advising, whose office is in Shanks 329C.)

  • Political Science: Applications for the major are accepted during the third full week in September and the third full week in February. Forms will be available from the Political Science office at that time.
